Agenda and minutes

1.1 Apologies were received from Lynne Neagle and Eluned Parrott. Aled Roberts substituted for Eluned.

2.1 The two Sub-Committees agreed the terms of reference and consultation letter.

2.2 The two Sub-Committees agreed on option 2 as the preferred timetabling option with the possibility of then using option 1 - existing Enterprise and Business Committee and Health and Social Care Committee slots – for further meetings as needed.

2.3 Members agreed the list of consultees and list of witnesses to give oral evidence. It was agreed that the oral evidence invitation would be extended to a representative of the Local Health Boards.

2.4 The Chair noted that the aim was to seek to agree a joint report which would be referred back for agreement by the two parent committees to agree.
