Introductions, apologies and substitutions

Minutes:

1.1 The Chair sent his apologies for the beginning of the meeting. The Clerk requested nominations for a temporary Committee Chair under Standing Order 17.22. Jenny Rathbone nominated Jocelyn Davies, who was duly appointed until the arrival of the Chair.

 

1.2 The temporary Chair welcomed Members and members of the public to the meeting.

 

1.3 Apologies had been received from Julie Morgan who had declared an interest in the Welsh Government’s acquisition and action to dispose of the former River Lodge Hotel as her husband was First Minister during this period.
