Introductions, apologies and substitutions Minutes: 1.1 Apologies were received from David
Rees AM and Julie James AM. Jenny Rathbone AM substituted for Julie James AM. 1.2 Rhun ap Iorwerth AM has been elected
as a Member of the Committee instead of Dafydd Elis-Thomas AM, who stood down.
The Chair thanked Dafydd Elis-Thomas AM for his contribution to the Committee
and welcomed Rhun ap Iorwerth AM to the Committee. |
