Action point

The Committee agreed to send a letter to the Minister for Economy, Science and Transport and the Minister for Health and Social Services to request more information regarding their decision to not proceed with the original proposals to amend the Smoke-free Premises etc. (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 following their review of the evidence presented to the sub-committee to date.
