The Committee heard evidence from Dr Roisin Willmott from the Royal Town Planning Institution, Richard Price from the Home Builders Federation and Andrew Crompton from Persimmon Homes.

 

The Home Builders Federation agreed to provide a note on the following:

 

Their view on what they would like included in the forthcoming Housing Bill;

 

An update on the issue of the availability of land which has planning permission but isn’t currently being used to build homes on; and

 

A note on the work being carried out in mid and north wales on the delivery of affordable housing, especially within the strategic re-generation area of north wales.
