The Home Builders Federation agreed to provide a note on the following:
Their view on what they would like included in the forthcoming Housing Bill; An update on the issue of the availability of land which has planning permission but isn’t currently being used to build homes on; and A note on the work being carried out in mid and north wales on the delivery of affordable housing, especially within the strategic re-generation area of north wales. |
