2.1 The Chair welcomed the following witnesses: Kate Bennett and Sue Dye from the Equality and Human Rights Commission in Wales, Wayne Crocker, Claire Bowler and Dawn Gullis from Mencap Cymru and Dr Mair Rigby and Dr Jasmin Tregidga from Cardiff University.

2.2 The witnesses made presentations and answered questions from Members.

2.3 Kate Bennett agreed to send the Clerk a copy of the Equality and Human Rights commission report entitled ‘How Fair is Wales’.

2.4 Dr Mair Rigby agreed to send the Clerk two documents relating to disability-related harassment.
