1.1 Apologies for absence were received from Lindsay Whittle; Jocelyn Davies attended as a substitute.

 

1.2 As Peter Black was the Member in Charge of the Regulated Mobile Home Sites (Wales) Bill, Kirsty Williams substituted for him for items 1 and 2.
