1.1 The Chair welcomed everybody to the meeting, and thanked the Young Farmers Club for allowing the Committee to use their facilities. Apologies had been received from Mick Antoniw and Vaughan Gethin

2.1 The Chair welcomed the Deputy Minister and his Official.  Committee Members questioned the Minister.

 

2.2 The Minister agreed to write to the Committee over the recess with updates on the discussions he is holding on EID tolerances.
