Aled Roberts AM declared a relevant interest under Standing Order 17.24; as his wife is employed in the FE sector and has responsibility for the Welsh Language and Welsh for Adults at Coleg Cambria and his son is a full time student receiving a scholarship from the Coleg Cenedlaethol Cymru. The Committee scrutinised the Minister on draft budget proposals. The Committee agreed to write to the Minister on the issues raised during the session.
