Grouping of Amendments

In accordance with Standing Order 26.21 the Committee will dispose of amendments to the Education (Wales) Bill in the order which the sections and schedules to which they relate, arise in the Bill.

The Chair said that the Committee would consider the amendments in the order in which the sections and schedules to which they relate, arise in the Bill.

The Committee disposed of the following amendments:

Section 1

Amendment 28 (Angela Burns) was agreed in accordance with Standing Order 17.34 (i).

Amendment 9 (Huw Lewis) was agreed in accordance with Standing Order 17.34 (i).

Amendment 10 (Huw Lewis) was agreed in accordance with Standing Order 17.34 (i).

Sections 2, 3 and 4: No amendments were tabled to these sections, therefore these sections were deemed agreed.
