Debate on Maternity Services NDM4796 Jane Hutt (Vale of Glamorgan) To propose that the
National Assembly for Wales: 1. Considers the
Welsh Government’s approach to improving maternity services in Wales; and 2. Notes that the Welsh Government believes
that: a) maternity services
across Wales, should be organised to meet the needs of women and their
babies; b) everything
possible should be done to protect and improve the health and well being of
mothers and their babies; and c) pregnancy and
childbirth should be a safe, fulfilling life enhancing experience. Supporting
