Notes the concern expressed by the Race Equality Council at the Wales Race Forum Meeting on 13 March 2014 that “race issues are low on the agenda” for the Welsh Government.

Due to a technical fault with the electronic voting system proceedings were suspended until 17.15. The meeting reconvened at 17.15 and the Deputy Presiding Officer informed Members that voting by show of hands under Standing Order 12.43(i) would be necessary and asked if any Member objected. Only one Member objected therefore the Deputy Presiding Officer proceeded with voting by show of hands.
