Point of Order

The Leader of the Opposition, Andrew RT Davies raised a Point of Order seeking a ruling on the documents made available to Members in relation to the Statement on the Programme for Government Annual Report, in particular the detailed Annex to the Programme for Government which was only made available later on-line to Members.

The Deputy Presiding Officer ruled that it is expected that documents which are referred to in Statements be made available to Members and as there was doubt as to what had been made available this afternoon he agreed to review the Record of Proceedings and return to the matter if he considers a further ruling is necessary.
