Point of Order The
Leader of the Opposition, Andrew RT Davies raised a Point of Order seeking a
ruling on the documents made available to Members in relation to the Statement
on the Programme for Government Annual Report, in particular the detailed Annex
to the Programme for Government which was only made available later on-line to
Members. The
Deputy Presiding Officer ruled that it is expected that documents which are
referred to in Statements be made available to Members and as there was doubt
as to what had been made available this afternoon he agreed to review the Record
of Proceedings and return to the matter if he considers a further ruling is
necessary. |
