Graham (South East Wales) To propose that the National Assembly for Wales: 1. Regrets that successive Welsh Governments have failed to maximise the potential of EU funds; 2. Expresses concern that lessons have not been learnt by the failure of previous spending rounds of European funding and the Welsh Government has never commissioned a full review of previous projects; and 3. Calls on the Welsh Government to work with Welsh universities, voluntary and private sector organisations in developing a business case to maximise the impact of future European Spending projects in Wales.
