On Tuesday, the First Minister would be making a statement on the draft Wales Bill.

Business Managers noted that all votes in relation to the Tax Collection and Management (Wales) Bill on Tuesday would take place during Stage 3 proceedings.

Business Managers noted that on Tuesday, voting on all other items of business will take place before Stage 3 proceedings begin and on Wednesday, Business Committee agreed that Voting Time would take place before the Short Debate.

Business Committee noted the 3 Week Timetable of Government Business.

The Committee agreed a request from the Chair of the Environment and Sustainability Committee to postpone the debate on the ‘Smarter Energy Future for Wales’ report by one week, from 9 March to 16 March.
