Managers agreed in principle to refer the Regulation and Inspection of Social
Care (Wales) Bill to the Health and Social Care Committee (HS) for Stage 1
consideration. Business Managers agreed to defer a decision on the Bill’s timetable until next week to allow for consultation with the HS Committee. |

Renting Homes (Wales) Bill Minutes: Business Managers confirmed their in principle decision of 20 January to refer the Renting Homes (Wales) Bill to the Communities, Equality and Local Government Committee for Stage 1 consideration, and agreed the deadline for the Stage 1 Committee to report by as 26 June 2015 and the deadline for the completion of Stage 2 Committee proceedings as 9 October 2015. |

Enterprise and Business Committee: Request to visit Manchester Minutes: Business Managers agreed a request from the Enterprise and Business Committee to visit the Greater Manchester Combined Authority on Thursday 5 March 2015, which means Members will have to leave the Assembly before the end of Plenary on the Wednesday. |

Any Other Business The Minister for Government Business raised the issue of the Committee to address the removal of the reasonable punishment defence for the physical chastisement of children. On 2 December 2014, Business Managers voted against scheduling a debate on the motion to agree the committee’s membership. Business Managers confirmed that their positions had not changed. |
