Business Managers noted the following additional item on Tuesday:

·         Statement by the Minister for Health and Social Services: The evidence underpinning the case for reconfiguring the NHS in Wales (30 mins)

Business Managers noted that Voting Time on Tuesday and Wednesday would take place before the Short Debate.

The Business Committee agreed to postpone the following item on Wednesday:

·         NDM5024 Leanne Wood (South Wales Central): Putting the brakes on traffic to ensure the safety of our school children (30 mins)

On Tuesday and Wednesday, Voting Time would be after the final item of business.

The Business Committee noted that a temporary Deputy Presiding Officer would be required for Wednesday in the absence of the Deputy Presiding Officer.

The Leader of the House informed the committee that the following statement would be made on Tuesday:

·         Statement by the Minister for Local Government and Communities: The emergency response to the major flooding events in mid and north Wales (30 mins)

The Business Committee would be moving motions to change Labour’s committee membership on Wednesday.

The Business Committee noted that a temporary Deputy Presiding Officer or Chair would be required for Tuesday and Wednesday in the absence of the Deputy Presiding Officer.

The Business Committee agreed to schedule a motion to elect a Member to the Business Committee on Wednesday.

The Committee noted that a temporary Deputy Presiding Officer would be elected at the start of Wednesday’s meeting, in the absence of the Deputy Presiding Officer.

The Leader of the House agreed that, subject to confirmation, Tuesday’s voting on the debate on the draft budget and the debate on sustainable social services would take place at the end of their respective debates.

The Business Committee agreed that voting on the Individual Member Debate would be taken in accordance with the convention for voting on opposition debates.

The Business Committee noted that a temporary DPO may be elected at the start of the meeting in the absence of the DPO.

The Business Committee agreed to extend the indicative timing for Commission questions from 15 mins to 30 mins.

Business Managers agreed that voting on the following motions will take place at the end of each item:

o   Motion under section 17(3) of the Government of Wales Act 2006 in relation to the disqualification of Aled Roberts (15 mins)

o   Motion under section 17(3) of the Government of Wales Act 2006 in relation to the disqualification of John Dixon (15 mins)

On Tuesday, voting on all other items will be deferred until Voting Time, which would take place after the last time of business. On Wednesday, the Business Committee agreed that Voting Time would be after the final item of business.

The Business Committee noted the organisation of business for 5 and 6 July 2011.

The Business Committee agreed to table a motion to appoint the Assembly Commission for consideration in Plenary on Wednesday.
