Legislative Consent Motion on the Wales Bill

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6, agrees that provisions in the Wales Bill which modify the legislative competence of the Assembly should be considered by the UK Parliament.

A Legislative Consent Memorandum has been laid in Table Office on 1 May 2014 in accordance with Standing Order 29.2.
