3. Motion to amend Schedule 1 of the National Assembly for Wales (Remuneration) Measure (2010)

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in
accordance with section 5(1) of the National Assembly for Wales (Remuneration)
Measure 2010:
Resolves that Schedule 1 to the National Assembly for Wales (Remuneration)
Measure 2010 be amended so that the following offices or descriptions of
persons are no longer disqualified from membership of the National Assembly for
Wales Remuneration Board:
a) Member of the House of Lords;
b) A person who was a member of either of the panels
appointed by the Assembly Commission to review the pay and allowances of
Assembly Members in pursuance of the Assembly Commission’s resolutions of 4
July 2007 and 8 May 2008.

motion was agreed in accordance with Standing Order 12.36.
