Minutes:
The Committee considered correspondence relating to this
petition and agreed to close the petition, given that:
The Minister,
in correspondence to the Committee, had addressed the issue of whether the
planning process had been followed correctly; and
The Petitions Committee would soon publish a report on petition
P-04-341 relating to Waste and Incineration.
The Committee agreed that the petitioners should be notified once
that report is published.
