Defer consideration of the petition until the Minister’s consultation on repealing relevant provisions of the Abergavenny Improvement Acts 1854-1871 has been completed.

Pass all evidence gathered by the Committee on this petition to the Minister for Local Government and Communities, as requested by the petitioner.
