The Committee agreed to:
Write to the Minister asking for reassurance that sufficient funding will be set aside for the Respiratory National Services Advisory Group minimum clinical standards in the forthcoming budget round, and inform the petitioner of that action
Close the petition, given the compliance levels reported by the Minster

· The Committee agreed to write to the Minister for Health and Social Services to ask whether the deadline for compliance with the Chronic Respiratory Directives has been met and for more details on how full compliance will lead to improvements in sleep apnoea services.
