The Committee considered correspondence on these petitions and agreed to:

 

·         Close the petitions and forward the Minister’s recent statement, which has addressed the petitioners’ concerns, to both of the petitioners;

·         write to the Minister asking if the lead petitioner for P-04-437 can be involved in the work of developing the non-statutory guidance on home education, which is to be produced by May 2015.
