the Welsh Language Commissioner's Annual Report for 2014-15, laid before the
Assembly on 28 September 2015, which details the work undertaken by the
Commissioner to promote and facilitate the use of the Welsh language.

language: a language for living', to 'make standards, which will enable the
Commissioner to impose duties on private sector companies which fall within the
scope of the Welsh Language Measure, including telecommunications companies,
bus and train operators, and utility companies'.
