  • write as suggested by the Minister to Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board seeking further clarity on the funding they would need to provide robotic assisted procedures within North Wales.

Also to seek clarity on the cost implications to the Health Board of ongoing referral to Manchester.

·         write to the Minister asking for views on whether the funding provided through the Health Technologies Fund at University Hospital of Wales will ensure equal access to the treatment across Wales;

·         seek the petitioner’s views on the Ministerial correspondence; and

·         seek the outstanding responses from Health Boards who have not yet responded to the Committee’s original letter.
