National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6 agrees that
provision in the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Bill, amending the
anti-social behaviour orders exception in paragraph 12, Schedule 7 to the
Government of Wales Act 2006, which modifies the legislative competence of the
Assembly, should be made by the UK Parliament.
