National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6 agrees that
provisions in the Criminal Justice and Courts Bill, relating to a criminal
offence of wilful neglect or ill-treatment on the part of carers in so far as
they fall within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales,
should be considered by the UK Parliament.

unlawfully deposited, treated or disposed, in so far as it falls within the
legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered
by the UK Parliament.
