The Committee considered correspondence on the petition and agreed to facilitate a meeting between the petitioners and Cardiff Council to address some of the concerns raised during the visit.

The Committee considered the petition and agreed to;
· write to St Davids Dewi Sant asking for an update on their signage strategy as it relates to the Changing Places toilets;
· write to Cardiff Council highlighting concerns about obstructions on public footpaths, parking and road crossings; and
· seek a legal briefing on the petition, in terms of Assembly competence.

Write to the Minister for Local Government and Communities to seek his views;
Write to the Chief Executive of the Welsh Local Government Association to ask whether local authorities adhere to Department for Transport guidance on accessible parking.
