In accordance with Standing Order 26.50A, the Llywydd confirmed that in their view, the provisions of the Mental Health Review Tribunal for Wales (Membership) Bill do not relate to a protected subject matter. 

In accordance with Standing Order 26.48, the Counsel General and Minister for Delivery moved that the Bill be passed.
