The item started at 13:30
The Presiding
Officer led the Senedd in observing a minute’s silence with the bell being rung
at the start and end of the silence. The Presiding Officer led tributes and
called the First Minister, party leaders and other Members to make
contributions.
At 14.32, proceedings were suspended for 13 minutes. The bell was rung at 14.40.
