Plaid Cymru Debate - Funding formula for Wales

To
propose that the Senedd:
1.
Believes the current funding model for Wales, based on the Barnett Formula, is
outdated and unfair.
2.
Calls on the Welsh Government to make representations to the UK Government to
replace the Barnett Formula with a new, fair funding settlement for Wales.
