Legislative Consent Motion: The Dogs (Protection of Livestock) (Amendment) Bill
NDM8975 Huw Irranca-Davies (Ogmore)
To propose that the Senedd, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6,
agrees that provisions in the Dogs (Protection of Livestock) (Amendment) Bill
in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the Senedd, should
be considered by the UK Parliament.
Footnote:
A Legislative Consent Memorandum was laid in Table Office on 30 May 2025 in
accordance with Standing Order 29.2.
