Legislative Consent Motion: The Victims and Courts Bill

To propose that the Senedd, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6, agrees that provisions in the Victims and Courts Bill in so far as they have regard to devolved matters, should be considered by the UK Parliament.

A Legislative Consent Memorandum was laid on 20 May 2025, and a Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum was laid on 5 November 2025, in accordance with Standing Order 29.2.
