Nominations for committee chair
The
Presiding Officer will invite nominations for the chair of the following
committee, in accordance with Standing Order 17.2F:

Economy, Trade, and Rural Affairs Committee (Conservative)

The Presiding Officer invited nominations
for the Chair of the Economy, Trade and Rural Affairs Committee in accordance
with Standing Order 17.2F.
Paul Davies nominated Andrew RT Davies.
As there were no further nominations and no objections the Presiding Officer declared Andrew RT Davies elected as Chair of the Economy, Trade and Rural Affairs Committee.

The Presiding Officer invited nominations for the
chairs of the following committees in accordance with Standing Order 17.2F:

Hannah Blythyn nominated Rhianon Passmore. Mick
Antoniw seconded the nomination.
Buffy Williams nominated Carolyn Thomas. Joyce
Watson seconded the nomination.
As there were two nominations, the Presiding Officer
referred the nominations to a secret ballot in accordance with Standing Order
17.2I.
Standards
of Conduct Committee (Labour)
Julie Morgan nominated Hannah Blythyn. Lesley
Griffiths seconded the nomination.
As there were no further nominations and no
objections the Presiding Officer declared Hannah Blythyn elected as Chair of
the Standards of Conduct Committee.
Results
At 18.11 the Deputy Presiding Officer announced the
results of the secret ballot for the election of committee chairs:
