Motion to approve the Code of Conduct on the Standards of Conduct for Members of the Senedd

To propose that the Senedd:
1. Notes the report of the Standards of Conduct
Committee: The Review of the Code of Conduct for Members of the Senedd laid in the
Table Office on 11 March 2026.
2. Adopts the Code of Conduct for Members of the
Senedd laid
on 11 March 2026, to come into force at the commencement of the Seventh Senedd.
3. Notes the accompanying guidance to the Code of
Conduct set out in annex B to the report.
