Minutes:
The Committee considered the petition and agreed to:
- write to the Minister for
Mental Health and Early Years to ask about the provision of 24/7 acute
mental health support;
- await the outcome of the
consultation on the Suicide and Self-Harm Prevention Strategy and new
Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy; and
seek clarification from all Local Health Boards on the number of in-patient places available.
