To propose that Senedd Cymru agrees, in accordance with Standing Order 30A.10, that the Secretary of State makes the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023 in accordance with the draft laid in Table Office on 24 October 2023.

The Statutory Instrument Consent Memorandum was laid in Table Office on 24 October 2023 in accordance with Standing Order 30A.2.
