Minutes:
The Committee considered the petition and expressed their
disappointment in the response from Powys County Council to the Committee’s
letter requesting directional signage to the site. Members concluded however
that there was nothing further the Committee could do and agreed to thank the
petitioner for submitting the petitioner and close the petition.
In closing the petition the Committee also agreed that it would write back to Powys County Council to express their disappointment and frustration at the response received.

Minutes:
The Committee considered the petition and agreed to write to Business Committee to request a debate on 13 September, in advance of Owain Glyndwr day on 16 September. It was noted that individual Members may wish to refer to other petitions during the debate, such as the petition calling for compulsory conservation management plans for scheduled monuments.
Members also agreed a visit to the site before the debate takes place in the Autumn term.
