To propose that the Senedd, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6 agrees that provisions in the Victims and Prisoners Bill, namely, Clause 16 about Restricting parental responsibility where one parent kills the other; Clause 17 about Domestic abuse related death reviews and Part 3 and the associated Schedule relating to compensation for victims of the infected blood scandal, in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the Senedd, should be considered by the UK Parliament.

A Legislative Consent Memorandum was laid in Table Office on 19 May 2023 and Supplementary Legislative Consent Memoranda were laid in Table Office on 15 April 2024 and 29 April 2024 in accordance with Standing Order 29.2.
