To propose that the Senedd, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6,
agrees that provisions in the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Bill in
so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the Senedd, should be
considered by the UK Parliament.
A Legislative Consent Memorandum and a Supplementary Legislative Consent
Memoranda were laid in Table Office on 29 November 2022,
3 January 2023
and on 9 March
2023 in accordance with Standing Order 29.2.
