Minutes:
The Committee considered the petition and whilst members noted the petitioners personal frustrations, they noted that the legislation allows local authorities to amend the default 20mph national speed limit to reflect local circumstances. In light of this, members agreed to thank the petitioner, close the petition and suggest the petitioner now liaise with their local authority.
