The Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012
Minutes:
3.1 The Committee considered the additional information provided by the Minister for Environment and Sustainable Development in his letter of 26 June. It agreed that the draft Order should not be subject to the 60-day process.
3.2 The Committee agreed to respond to the Minister setting out its reservations in relation to the handing of the Order and its intention to give further scrutiny to the second Order.

Minutes:
2.1 The Committee discussed the Order and agreed to write to
the Minister for Environment and Sustainable Development seeking clarification
on a number of issues, and to consider the response at it next meeting.
