The Committee considered the petition and noted that the petition’s call for the land to be acquired from network rail to develop a path is now progressing, with discussions and explorations of any legal issues and engagement with stakeholders also happening. The Committee therefore agreed to congratulate the petitioner and close the petition.

The petitioner is known to him.
The Committee considered the petition and agreed to write
again to the Minister to ask if she could provide the Committee with an update
once officials have discussed the maintenance arrangements and plans for
improvements with Bridgend County Borough Council.
