The Committee considered the petition and agreed to keep it open pending the forward work programme of the special purpose COVID Committee becoming available.

The Committee considered the petition and noted that the First Minister has not changed his view on this issue. The Committee agreed that given the emotive subject of this petition, that they would leave this petition open and return to this petition in a years’ time.

The Committee considered the petition and agreed that this
is a highly emotive issue. Members agreed to write back to the First Minister
asking him to provide the Committee with an updated response now that the
latest information about the role of the Prime Minister regarding the terms of
reference has been received.
