1.1  The Chair welcomed Members and witnesses to the meeting. Llyr Gruffydd MS sent his apologies and was substituted by Cefin Campbell MS.

Mark Isherwood MS, Cefin Campbell MS and David Rees MS declared that they have family members in the education sector. Jenny Rathbone MS declared that she is a school governor.
