Watson raised a Point of Order regarding the conduct of Gareth Davies during
Spokespeople questions. The Llywydd stated that she would expect an apology
from Gareth Davies, before he would be called to participate in Siambr
proceedings.
At 15.13, Huw
Irranca-Davies raised a Point of Order on the use of spokespeople questions to
raise a constituency issue. The Llywydd responded that it is for party groups
to decide how to use their spokespeople questions and that, therefore, she
deems the questions to be in order. She would reflect further on this matter.
