propose that the Senedd:
1.
Notes the report of the Standards of Conduct Committee: The Review of the Code
of Conduct dated 17 March 2021 (“the report”).
2.
Adopts the Code of Conduct for Members of the Senedd laid
in the Table Office on 17 March 2021, to come into force at the commencement of
the sixth Senedd.
3.
Notes the accompanying guidance to the Code of Conduct set out in annex A to
the report.
