Minutes:
The Committee considered the petition for the first time. In
light of the fact that individual local authorities and councillors are
responsible for setting council tax, and the rejection by the Welsh Government
of the proposals made in the petition, the Committee concluded that there is
little more that it could achieve at this time and agreed to close the petition
and thank the petitioner.
