Minutes:
The Committee considered the petition for the first time. In light of this being the final meeting of this Committee, and the likelihood that the rules regarding support bubbles will have changed by the time its successor committee is established, it agreed that there was little further action that it was able to take at this time. The Committee agreed to close the petition and thank the petitioner.
