Following recent
announcements, including that secondary schools in Wales have moved to online
teaching for the final week of term and primary schools in some areas have also
closed early, the Committee noted that the petition has been successful in
helping to highlight concerns to the Government and in the media. On the basis that
there was little further action that it could take at this point the Committee
agreed close the petition and thank the petitioner.
